The account shows payments as up to date so, hopefully, it was a tech glitch and everything is ok and I don't end up being cut off. Is My Account Hacked? I have just received an email saying that there is an outstanding balance on my account. The email is from mailto:payments@notifications.virginmedia.co.uk and it quotes my name and the amount of my monthly payment. I went to my bank account and see that the dd payment went thru as normal on April 14th. I've tried to log into my Virgin account but each time it says 'oops something went wrong'. Is there a problem with the Virgin billing system or is it possible someone has access to my account? Help appreciated as I'm quite concerned. Thanks SolvedRe: Sky Sports UHD HDR I've given up watching the football on Sky UHD as I get the constant light to dark and it drives me mad. I've got a pretty good tv so watching it in HD is fine. Re: Sky Cinema UHD Subtitles Sorry but that is beyond my ability!!. However all you need to do is look at it in your office and you will see the subtitle symbol showing on the Sky Movies UHD pages---just bring any of the films up and you will see no subtitles are available. Sky Cinema UHD Subtitles I've just got Sky Cinema/Entertainment UHD back as part of renewal renegotiation. Last time I had it a few years back the info screen for each movie on UHD was showing that it had subtitles when it did not. Well, it seems it still incorrectly shows this.( This may also apply to Sky Entertainment UHD as well). I realise that for most people this is not a big thing, but for those of us who have to use subtitles it is and means we have to watch most programmes in HD, even when a UHD version is available. Re: Sky Sports UHD Looking at previous posts with this error code it looks like only one box has had the update sent to it and someone at Virgins end needs to update my second box-----at least I think that's what it means. Sky Sports UHD I agreed a new contract earlier today and as part of it I'm now subscribed to Sky Sports UHD. I have two V6 boxes running 360, one in the bedroom and one downstairs. As soon as I came off of the phone the box upstairs had Sports UHD running ok but the box downstairs is still showing words like' we are setting up your channels- if this persists please phone 150. There is a code showing on the message---100.70. I suspect something has gone wrong, and I don't want to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve, could an admin help me get this sorted please. Thanks SolvedRe: 3MB on 1 Gig connection Adding that I've done a reset to the hub and I'm back to the 180mb I normally have on the wi-fi. Noticed that when I had the problem the server was in Manchester, even though I'm in Southampton. Since reset it's changed to London. 3MB on 1 Gig connection I'm getting 3mb download on a 1 gig connection. No problems in area according to checker. Would someone be able to take a look at this for me please.
