When I try to turn on with app, I get this message “TV box could not be reached, only possible if your device is connected to the same home network as your VTV box" It is as I only have one wifi in my home and my tablet only works with wifi? Yep have checked the device support but it not really relevant as once I have turned the box on either manually or with the supplied remote I can use the Tvgo app on my IPad and watch everything. When my 360 box is in standby mode, i thought I was able to turn it on using my tablet, so that I can watch my recorded programmes in another room. I can’t find the relevant response you refer to so no nothing has changed 360 box I am supposed to be able to switch my VB on via my iPad so I can watch programmes I’ve recorded in another but I can’t. I just get message saying I’m not on the same home network. I’m now in the same room and get same message. I have to turn box on with remote or box and then I can watch in my iPad?
