Yep it is set to active start. When I try to turn on with app, I get this message “TV box could not be reached, only possible if your device is connected to the same home network as your VTV box" It is as I only have one wifi in my home and my tablet only works with wifi?78Views0likes4CommentsRe: 360 Box not accessible via tablet
Hi. Yep have checked the device support but it not really relevant as once I have turned the box on either manually or with the supplied remote I can use the Tvgo app on my IPad and watch everything. Hi sorry for delay. I have been away for a few days. I am on active start but don’t’ understand why this makes a difference. I can start the box with the supplied remote ok. Hi I have asked this question before but never get my problem resolved Any ideas please? When my 360 box is in standby mode, i thought I was able to turn it on using my tablet, so that I can watch my recorded programmes in another room. I cannot turn on the box with the tvgo app on my iPad it says I am on a different network Also anything recorded I try to watch in another room drops in and out or buffers or goes completely saying I am not connected to the internet, which I am. I am supposed to be able to switch my VB on via my iPad so I can watch programmes I’ve recorded in another but I can’t. I just get message saying I’m not on the same home network.
