I've had Virgin for ages from the NTL days and until the O2 merger PC and Android mobile apps worked fine. My virgin apps on my mobile now will not work, TV Control, VM Connect and My Virgin Media all ask for my e-mail, I have a .ntlworld.com one and a .co.uk one both used until the O2 merger. I'm asked for my e-mail and am told they don't exist and a link has been sent which never arrives, I've asked for my e-mail address via name, account number and area which comes back with my .co.uk domain address which i'm then told does not exist. The only thing that works is Virgin TV Go, Iv'e tried logging in on my PC also without succes, any help would be welcome as I find the mobile apps very useful.38Views0likes3CommentsLost email password help needed
Hi, I've been a customer of VM for many years and have an ntlworld.com main email address and a secondary ntlworld.com one for my wife. Before Virgin I was with Demon but due to loosing all my email contacts when I changed to Virgin I now rent a Domain. This has worked perfectly over the years catching my Virgin emails and sending them to my Domain address. A few weeks ago my wife noticed thet although she could recieve emails the ones she sent never arrived, mine both send and recieve. We both use Thunderbird and in trying to solve the problem I need her Virgin mail password, unfortunately this has been forgotten and lost, I've tried to find it using various methods on the Virgin site without success. Could a kind member of the Virgin team privately message me, I've found them very helpful in the past, this way I could post information I wouldn't want to use on an open forum.827Views0likes1Comment
