(Not a VM customer) wow, i know VM installers (i use this word loosely ) love to keep the green tube above ground or a few mm below ground but that is horrendous! Bad workmanship and they need to be sacked! Re: Verifying password Had the same, changed updated my password and linked it to the 02 page and its working again..but for how long? mmmm good question Re: Contemptible yes this worked and the complaints process has begun.... Re: Making a complaint This is happening to me right now as well!...someone on here is looking into it but that was started a month ago!! Im soooo fed up with VM right now that after 20+ years of loyally being a customer im so close to just jacking it in and saying goodbye Re: Contemptible Complaint link says opps something has gone wrong ...straight to the ombudsman i guess.. Re: Contemptible I too clicked on the offer and was excepted but now i get a bill for £130! and it tells me my contract is £114 a month...ermm nope NOT what i excepted and NOT what you were offering me...Its ment to be getting sorted out but so far nothing but it better get sorted and all over charges refunded back into my account! Re: Recontracted - billing query Hi, just found this thread as it went awol. the renewal was via VM online where my account is. and it stats on it the price of £73 until April 26 when it will go up yet again to £76 etc.. Contract issue Hi, not sure where or what happened to my post last night but i will try again. I am a long term customer but that means diddly sqot with you people, recently i was told my bill will be going up to £114 as my contract was ending. I tried to get a good renewal deal but it seems your company doesn't believe in them for old customers..mmmm, so i had to go with the £73 deal online. Fine i thought all done and email received. However yesterday i got an email from you saying thanks for the changes (i have changed nothing and spoke to no one) and my next bill will be £136!! and then £114 thereafter...ermmm no bloody way! Can someone on here from VM please double check for me on this as i am not paying that amount and i am certainly not paying to amounts on 1 set of equipment. Recently i was told my already high package will go up to £114 odd so i tried to get it reduced but they wouldn't budge so i went for the £73 deal begrudgingly but today i get an email saying thanks for the changes (what changes!?) it will be £136 on my next bill!!...wth is going on at VM? Can a member of VM please check this as there is no way in hell I'm paying £136 for the service you offer! Kevin [mod - title edited for clarity] Re: No end of issues - frustrated Just got the buffering message tonight but i too have found the 360 boxes unreliable since changing to them last year and so far have had 3 new boxes due to them frying and stopping working...for the money they charge this is very unacceptable...
