Recontracted - billing query

Hi, its bad enough that a long term customer is thought of less than something you step in but i am fuming! Recently i was told my already high package will go up to £114 odd so i tried to get it reduced but they wouldn't budge so i went for the £73 deal begrudgingly but today i get an email saying thanks for the changes (what changes!?) it will be £136 on my next bill!!...wth is going on at VM?

Can a member of VM please check this as there is no way in hell I'm paying £136 for the service you offer!

    How did you go this renewal, was it online?

    Also when you got any confirmation, did it state that price on it or a different one? Cheers

      Hi, just found this thread as it went awol. the renewal was via VM online where my account is. and it stats on it the price of £73 until April 26 when it will go up yet again to £76 etc..
