Contract issue
Hi, not sure where or what happened to my post last night but i will try again. I am a long term customer but that means diddly sqot with you people, recently i was told my bill will be going up to £114 as my contract was ending. I tried to get a good renewal deal but it seems your company doesn't believe in them for old customers..mmmm, so i had to go with the £73 deal online. Fine i thought all done and email received. However yesterday i got an email from you saying thanks for the changes (i have changed nothing and spoke to no one) and my next bill will be £136!! and then £114 thereafter...ermmm no bloody way! Can someone on here from VM please double check for me on this as i am not paying that amount and i am certainly not paying to amounts on 1 set of equipment.
