I am currently out of contract but happy with the services I take and have told them that but they insist that they try to upsell me a package that I do not need and at price that is ridiculously expensive as I have been a loyal customer since the late 90's (C&W, NTL,VM). SolvedRe: Outage in DA8 TV service is also down. Rebooted TiVo STB and SuperHub 4. SH4 has a constant flashing red ring. STB unable to communicate with VM network. Outage in DA8 Broadband/phone line has been down since 12:30 am Thursday morning. Grateful if mods could investigate as well as give an indication of service restoration please. Thyper
