Outage in DA8
Broadband/phone line has been down since 12:30 am Thursday morning. Grateful if mods could investigate as well as give an indication of service restoration please.

TV service is also down. Rebooted TiVo STB and SuperHub 4. SH4 has a constant flashing red ring. STB unable to communicate with VM network.
Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. This may give timescales too.
