White wifi pods
Hi I had a hub 5 supplied about a week ago, I won't bore you with all the problems I have had with it, but an engineer came today to sort it out (hopefully all ok, need to check over the next few days) anyway he told me that the 2 white pods don't really work with hub 5's and as I have TP link deco system I'm better off without the pods. So my question is what do I do with 2 white pods, will Virgin Media take them back? as far as I know I got them free with my package, so I don't want/need them any more. Hi I had a mini stream box installed about 5 months ago, I have had no problems until 3 weeks ago, when box comes up with buffering and everything freezes. The only way I can get it back online is to unplug it (happens every day within 1/2 of turning on) The codes I'm getting are CS 2010, CS 9993, CS 9994 Faults as follows Hub disconnected (no it's not) connection problem (laptop fine) connection speed slow (not according to Ookla speed test) I have a laptop running in the same room, and when box freezes, I have checked broadband speed and getting over 100 MBPS I have done all the obvious (re-start hub, check all connection, but still get same. I complained to Virgin 10 days ago, who asked me to disconnect mini box while they send a signal! How the box can pick up a signal while disconnect and not having WiFi I don't know 😕, the lady then told me it was sorted out and all will the working Following day still the same, and not heard back from Virgin, I'm off their radar I think Hopefully someone on here can help without me spending another 2 hours on the phone to Virgin. The box is using WiFi and I don't have a problem with the rest of my WiFi gear (Phones, laptop, main 360 box, Alexa, WiFi cameras, Wifi cat feeder, the list goes on) Help199Views0likes4CommentsApollo 360 wifi box
Hi I have just had an apollo 360 wifi box installed, no problems with with it so far, but I have a question, when I turn on box and tv with top red button on remote control the tv comes on with menu screen with tv programme in the lower right hand corner playing, I presume that it's playing the last channel I was watching. So, I then need to hit the back button on remote to get the channel in the small window to go full screen, I have looked at settings, I can't find anywhere where I can change so when turning both box and tv it goes straight to a channel program . Hi I'm with virgin media with TV, Broadband and phone line, I have a 360 box in main room and was looking at getting virgin tv into 2nd TV in kitchen, I do not want a mini 360, as it would be almost impossible to run a cable to 2nd TV, so my question is can I use a virgin stream box for 2nd TV (like sky have) I have been told I can't as I have a 360 box, which doesn't make sense to me. Hi When watching tennis in sky sports+ on 360, screen keeps freezing about every 5 mins for about 10-15 seconds, very frustrating when trying to watch sport+ (not live, I go and find other matches using red button).
