Unfortunately, the current one they were unable to unlock although they had a good try. Even when forgotten password has been clicked it won't respond to new password. They have issued a work ticket l think she said? And should hear within 5 working days. Hopefully they will sort it out so l can access my current emails as l have lost all my contacts. It's doesn't happen every time but has the last three evenings. It doesn't effect other screens but when the guide starts to roll you can't stop it or go back to the TV. When you do try anything to stop it, it speeds it up. I have no choice but to turn everything off. Any help would be appreciated Virgin box Can anyone help. Quite often now l start a search on the TV guide and it won't stop rolling. I am unable to stop it until l turn off everything and restart cable box/ tv then it's fine until the next time. Done the usual checks i.e. batteries etc. Even does it on another remote control. What concerns me is the virgin box gets hot. Any reason for this it's driving me mad!! Upgrade to V6 Please can you help. I am expecting a new V6 box upgrade today and now panicking! I have read you need to use ethernet cable to modem but that is in another room and no way can I connect to it. My current Tivo is wireless so my question is will I be able do the same with the new V6 box? Is there a video clip I can watch for wireless setup instructions? I asked about Netflix but she said it wasnt part of package but can be added later. VM appear not to be offering maxit tv. I have anytime chatter and can't see that on new contract. I am also 14 day cooling off period! Hope you get your package sorted it so confusing now when you call
