We cant find your virgin media account
So after the last months of constantly trying to contact virgin media and get this issue resolved this is my last chance, I am trying to link my virgin media account to my virgin media o2 login as I want to be able to access virgin go and skysports as I am subscribed but everything I get to the point where it asks you to enter your account details it states that the account does not exist. I have contacted virgin media over 10 times on this and still had no response from the so called IT team (not sure if they actually have one because it's been that long without a response). The customer service both on the phone and over live chat is terrible and I've never had a worse experience with a company. So I am reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced this and if so how did they resolve this? Maybe virgin support team might actually reach out because im close to just cancelling and moving to another provider as im paying for a service I cannot use. The Virgin TV go app updated on my iPad today - and the audio description is now on, and I cannot turn it off. I have checked the “settings/accessibility” and AD is turned ‘OFF’ but it still plays. There is no option on the actual to channel to turn off either (it just shows subtitles off/on) This looks like a bug. As the title suggests the crappy Virgin TV Go app keeps asking for the same device to be registered over and over again. The device is a new iPhone13 running iOS 17.2.1. I can watch TV in the app on all of my other devices ok. I tried phoning customer service to speak to the ‘technical team’ 😂😂😂 then remembered how monumentally useless they are. If they can’t listen to a perfectly constructed sentence in English, understand it and respond accordingly then how the hell can they help with any technical issues. Quite frankly, Virgins pathetic technical team is an embarrassment to the company!! Anyway, rant over. Can someone actually help resolve this issue with the TV Go app by resetting the devices or whatever it is that you do to fix this, And can someone give an adequate reason (other than the TV Go app is utter crap) as to why this has happened???3.8KViews0likes21Comments
