Can’t turn off Audio description

The Virgin TV go app updated on my iPad today - and the audio description is now on, and I cannot turn it off. 

I have checked the “settings/accessibility” and AD is turned ‘OFF’ but it still plays. 
There is no option on the actual to channel to turn off either (it just shows subtitles off/on)

This looks like a bug. How will it get fixed.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with Audio Description on your TV GO app. I know this seems to be the fix all solution but have you tried to remove and re-install the application since the issues started? If you've tried that and it's still happening, is Audio Description stuck on for all channels?

    I haven’t reinstalled the app. 
    but this issue just started after the App update was applied. 
    it is apparent on all channels and programmes if the are tagged as AD

      Would you be able to try uninstalling the App and seeing if that helps?
