Volt not active still

I've been going round in circles for weeks with CS and I'm losing the will. My volt benefits have been active on O2 for weeks and I've waited and waited but still nothing on Virgin! Everything on the website says it will be automatically done in 14 days but it's been way more than that now.

Help please!
