Like many others here I joined Virgin media (june 24 ) and have a broadband package along with a new o2 mobile contract. I’m getting the double data package on o2 but my fibre speed has not been doubled Every time I select get ‘volt benefits’ in the virgin media app it takes you to a broken page that doesn’t load. The chat bot is hopeless people in trying to resolve this issue ,you can’t speak to anyone to get this resolved.
any help will be most welcome

Are both accounts under the same address?
If you go to this link it should allow you to activate them we have no manually way of doing it here.
It then can take 10 - 14 working days to show on the account,

Both accounts are under same address, I have followed link and logged in to VM home page bur cannot see anywhere wher you can activate it ,
the 02 account is more than 14 days old
