Volt Broadband boost not activated Yet

as an existing O2 customer I Signed up for Broadband to get the Volt Benefits,

my installation was complete on the 18/2/24  and as recommended in the booklet given by the installation engineer i texted the required details to activate my boost, i got a reply that it was getting processed,

my O2 data boost was done within the first week I waited the 14days and then a month and I am still waiting for my Broadband boost,

can someone for customer services contact me please to activate this
