Had broadband installed on 2nd September and still havent had Volt added, tried to talk to Whatsapp support and they wont reply.
Help!!!

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with Volt being applied. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
