Renewal offer app not working?

Hi

My contract with Virgin is up for renewal next month. Yesterday I accepted an offer in the app and received an order number and contract via email. After reading a few posts on here I am concerned that the order has it gone through. Has anyone had similar and were able to rectify the issue? I have tried live chat who have said they cannot find the order, despite me having the contract and order number. Thanks

I'm in the same position as you. I agreed/approved a renewal offer on the 05th of November but have heard nothing as of today.

Friday 15th November is the day I will be giving Virgin Medea 30 days' notice  as I'm not convinced my renewal offer on Whatsapp was genuine.

Thanks for the reply. Whatsapp have said they can’t match my offer, which concerns me. Are you the same, received an order number and contract?

When renewing subscriptions/agreeing a new contract over the phone then the changes are made immediately (unless the change also involves new equipment, in which case that won't complete until you've received and activated the new equipment)

Changes made by any other method can take up to 10 working days as the changes are performed manually by a back office team
