Not Received my Volt Broadband Boost - Been Over 14 Days

Joining in

I am currently on the M350 package and my understanding is with volt I can get a free boost to the next tier and no extra cost.

I have received the volt upgrade on my O2 account but this hasn't translated to my Virgin media package and it's been way over the 14 day waiting period. I have checked the address and such and they match.

Is there something further I need to do?
