Link to o2

I never received a email to link my virgin media to o2 and can't seem to talk to anyone to resolve this, it's really infuriating as I'm due an upgrade but can't get onto o2 to do this.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to speak to someone regarding your query. 

Are you able to elaborate on what you're looking to link? Are you trying to register for Volt benefits or it that you're not able to access your O2 online account?

Your online accounts would remain separate with two different log in's and wouldn't be linked together.
