4 months on still no broadband boost

Hi

I've been with Virgin now for 4 months, my data on 02 has been doubled but I'm still waiting for my broadband boost. Can anyone tell me why? TIA

Thanks for your post. We're sorry to hear that your broadband speed has not yet been boosted. It's possible that your O2 number is not linked on our end and this is why the boost has not been applied, but I can check this for you and look into it further.
