Orange Light V6 Box

Hi,Since this morning there has been an orange light on my V6 box and it is working on and off. It keeps switching off and restarting. The wifi is working well which makes me think that there is an issue with the box.Can anyone advise?Thanks.

Resolved! Sky football pixelated picture

I am experiencing intermittent pixelated picture breakup on the Sky football channel on both my TiVo box and same problem on a second V6 box. All other channels inc. Sky & BT sports  are fine. Checked all cabling. 

Resolved! No tv guide on V6 box after holiday

I have just returned from almost 3 weeks holiday during which I switched off the V6 box. Now there is no TV guide at all. Every channel simply says "To be announced". I have attempted to update but without effect. What should I do?

No sound from V6 box

Picture is fine but I have no sound from box to tv. I have tested tv sound and it is working fine with my other applications eg iPlayer through smart tv.
