sport UHD channels, Sky Sports and TNT

I might have a similar or same issue. Mine is on the sport UHD channels, Sky Sports and TNT. Never happened last season during the football but has started this new football season from the first set of games in mid August. Around every 20 minutes during the live broadcast I will get a broken, pixelated varied parts of the screen for approx 2-3 seconds then back to normal. I have recorded some of these live matches and it appears on the recordings to. Like I said every other is channel is fine, never seen it on SD or HD broadcasts just on sport UHD. Yes my resolution is set to Auto and the box was only installed a matter of 4 months ago because the HDD wouldn't record of pause tv anymore.

[MOD EDIT: Subject title changed for clarity]

    Hi tuscans

You've posted in the V6 forum, however looking at a previous post of yours <this one>  you appear to have a TV360 box as the error code CS2000 which you had at the time only applies to 360 and Stream boxes..

There's a thread in the 360 with other customers having the same issue as you (myself included) and a post on that thread from a VM Forum Team member asking those of us with that issue to PM him so he can arrange an engineer visit - <this post>

Hi there Bigfootdb 😊 Welcome back to the forum. Sorry to see that you've been having this issue on and off. Has any of the advice in the thread helped with this at all?

      Regards

      Nathan

Very kind of you to follow up on this. The issue was originally resolved by switching to a 360 box. Its since come back and im presently collecting evidence and running scenarios on the advice of an engineer.
