Forum TeamOur technical support team have been investigating the issues with Sky Sports UHD and its pixelating. Our team have advised that we would need to arrange engineer visits for all the affected customers to make sure everything is working as it should be. Please could anyone experiencing the issues, send a private message over to me and we can arrange engineer visits.

I sent you a private message then in that case but I think there will be many engineer visits. Hopefully they will also help with this but I doubt it as long as there are many of us with the same issues.
And there's another thread around BBC1 having issues which sound like the same thing we're seeing. And other channels now adding to the list too. Since moving to TV360 I have also seen issues with the Now music channels. Initially I thought it was those channels given that they're not the highest quality broadcast anyway, but I'm beginning to doubt that now.
And the issue is that these are quick sporadic interruptions or pixelation to the image which might not happen for half an hour and then happen again. Hard to spot if you don’t watch a channel for more than one hour continuously.
Steven_L, so judging by recent posts in this thread the engineer call outs clearly aren't working, so are you still insisting on us arranging an engineer visit and wasting VM resources when the issue is clearly more large scale?
