Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

Pair remote to old box

Hi, I've been sent a new remote for my box but it must be an old one as the instructions don't apply. I have no minus sign, and when I go to devices on the box there is no remote pairing option.Does this mean I need a new box sent out?ThanksDavid
