Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

series link split in to multiple recordings?

recorded ufc last night, it's on a series link and the single recording has been split in to 3? I do remember I turned the box in to standby a few times, would this cause the recording to split up?

HelloI have an issue with pixelation on 1 of my 2 boxes, and it's only on 2 channels, Discovery and sky history, it maybe on other channels but these are 2 I use a lot. It's on live tv and also on recordings.  Can anyone help please.

Getting a 2nd v6 box after 2 years

2 years ago I got rid of the 2nd V6 box in my bedroom but I want to get another one , I've seen the 360 box but I don’t want to delete all the recordings on the v6 box downstairs. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks
