Hello we have the same problem. The internet is fine for our other Virgin boxes and mobile etc devices, but one V6 box just keeps flashing. Have tried re-booting the hub to no effect. Grateful for any help on this. Thanks!

Pixellating recordings

Watching live TV is fine. However playback on some of the many recordings I have the picture stutters and pixellates, recordings from various channels. If I use catch up to watch any of these programs they run OK. Maybe a hard drive problem?
