Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

TV blacks out is hot to touch

My TV picture blacks out for a second randomly. The box itself is quite hot to touch. Also, it's making a whirring/air noise when on standby. We are unplugging the power supply when not in use for safety reasons. How do I get a straight replacement. ...

Hi I have the same issue. Playback of recordings and new ones are "freezing" I then have to restart the box etc.. Is there a quick fix ?
