Resolved! Red Button - V6/TiVo boxes

Trying to watch the Sunderland v LCFC game via the red button and it's not working. It says there aren't  currently any interactive games on any of the sky sports channels...... Please sort this as I'm not getting the service I pay for.

Netflix

My Netflix account seems to have been hacked.Couldn't log in on my phone & when I got home I tried to login on my V6 but found a totally different email to mine.Contacted Netflix who talked me through resetting my Netflix account through the recovery...

Replacement TiVo box

We’ve had the same TiVo box since we started with Virgin 6 years ago. It is now starting to fail. Considering new contract but doubt the box will last a further 18 months, Can it be replaced?

W02 error message

Hi all, we are receiving the W02 error message on a lot of channels. I understand this is a loss of service error and from other posts on this community, the fix can be done remotely from VM. Would someone from VM be able to sort this for me.Thanks
