I went to a VM customer today because he had an issue with his TV. You can see here the job he posted on a platform called Airtasker.

I fixed this for him and everything is up and running again. However, he has two Virgin Media boxes, one upstairs and one downstairs. A little while ago he had a visit from a VM engineer who gave him a new remote control for the box upstairs. The engineer promised him that he would send him another new remote control for the TV downstairs but that never happened. He contacted the engineer several times but with no luck. He is an elderly customer who struggles to operate the equipment properly, let alone contact your support team to request a new remote control. But he is very keen to get one. That's why I thought I would ask on his behalf whether you could send out a new remote control to him? If it needs to be paired with the downstairs VM box then I can go to his house and do this for him.
