Started to have streaming issue with ITVx. Been watching the series "The Twelve" with no problem all last week but know cannot get episode 6 to play. Have re-booted a couple of times but no go. The ITVx app opens OK and shows all programs but will not stream any of them. Spoke to Virgin yesterday and was told an engineer will contact me but no response received? no surprise there. I have no problems with any other app ie netflix, player etc. Can anyone please advise.

I can't help but think this is an ITV issue and the query should be directed at them.
If the app loads and can play other content, your box's internet & app connection is demonstrably OK. I've tested S1 E6 on my V6 & desktop, it plays fine. If your issue is occuring within the app itself, then ITV - for it is their app - should be your first port of call via https://itvx-form.kustomer.support/contact/itvx-contactform-S1iw1IuGo

May I ask if you've been able to reboot the broadband as well as the TV box?

I have rebooted many times. Checked ITVx yesterday morning and seemed OK tried again to watch something last night but would not work. Seems to be working occasionally ?
