Flashing green lights on remote

My remote been light is flashing constantly, I have changed the batteries, reset the remote and rebooted my box but I am still unable to use my remote as it works just once then just the flashing green light. Any ideas how to fix.

You could try the online route which might or might not work or just call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

You can use the TV Control app while you are waiting,

Yep followed all diagnostics. Still not working. Tried to order a replacement but got error message
