Virgin TV 360 remote

Sorry if this isn't the right place but I'm hoping it is and that someone can help.

I have a LG smart TV and a Virgin box. The remote is paired to it and works fine but I wanted to know if there was a set of buttons to push so I can navigate the actual TV's menu to adjust brightness etc.

Just to confirm, do you have a separate remote specifically for the LG Smart TV? 

If so, you should be able to adjust the brightness using that. If, by any chance, the instruction manual doesn't make it clear how to do that, you can seek support from LG directly here.

Hi prigowasu,

In answer to your question you can't access the TV's settings using the 360 remote, you can always pair your LG's smart remote to the 360, mine is paired using Ziggo set-top box.
