We have recently upgraded to the new 360 box and managed to set recordings up but now anytime I go to try and record anything I get Virgin TV 1 error message to check back later. When checking back the program is still not recording
All connections are in place and connected to WIFI

How many boxes do you have, because if you only have one then that might make things easier.
Is the 360 box set to fast start or active start so if you aren't watching anything when it should be recording it will still record.
Are you trying to set the recordings on the box or using the TVGO app.
If the box is close enough to the hub can you try a ethernet cable.
