Can only see partial impressions on Medium web page. However, I'm sure our views are similar, and numerous. I feel conned as was happy with V6 and didn’t request 360. I haven’t contacted Virgin as can’t face speaking to someone, the other side of the world with a very dodgy line and unable to understand accent. I was on the phone for 4 and 1/2 hours over two days when I called with a V6 box problem and they made the change. The person I spoke to tinkered remotely and fully broke it. As soon as contract ends will move to Sky, or maybe Freeview. Maybe not Freeview, no point in cutting off my nose to spite my face, as they say.
