Lately when using the remote on a TV box
When accessing recorded programs the icons are
Greyed out then takes about 20 seconds to appear in colour
Remote becomes unresponsive at times
I have turned both modems off and restarted the TV box
The TV box starts working for a week then same the problem recurs

You've posted in the TV360 forum but referred to a V6 - these are different boxes, so which do you have?
A V6 runs TiVo software and has the TiVo-logo in the top-right corner of the menu, a TV360 runs Horizon software and doesn't.

To confirm, is your box connected via Wired or Wireless connection?
