Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my Virgin service to the TV 360 service. I phoned Virgin earlier today and spent around an hour speaking to three different people, who each told me different things about upgrading to TV 360.
We currently have a TiVo box downstairs and a V6 box in one of the bedrooms. What I'd like to do is upgrade both boxes by having the new remotes delivered, and the software updated, without the need to book an engineer. Furthermore, it has been confirmed to me that doing these actions would be free of charge.
Is there anyone who can help me get this sorted, as I seem to be going around in circles speaking to Virgin by phone.

you said you spoke to three agents, did they all tell you that you *cant* upgrade to 360?
the good news is that you should be able to, for free, provided you only have one V6 and one TiVo box. (PS why is the V6 upstairs and the TiVo downstairs?!)
