Are you sure you want to? It's a downgrade from the V6.

Have you tried by signing into My Virgin Media ? There may be an offer there or you may see the option to talk to an agent using the online chat messenger.
If you have a VM landline then speak to regrades, it's a free call by dialling 150, or you can also dial 0345 454 1111 which is a free call included in most call plans, as it's the same as dialling an 01,02,or 03 number, however on some calls plans you need to redial after 1 hour to keep it as a free call.

Absolutely correct.
I had my 360 box delivered today. Truly atrocious. A complete and utter abomination. The entire user interface is basically 50% adverts, promos and annoyances, 40% lag, and 10% TV.
Even VM knows that the V6 is more valuable, because they wanted me to pay £90 for a V6 TiVo and the 360 was "free".
