Unable to order 360

Hi - I am unable to order 360 via my v6 box. How do I go about doing that?  Thanks. Farid

Are you sure you want to?  It's a downgrade from the V6.

Absolutely correct.

I had my 360 box delivered today. Truly atrocious. A complete and utter abomination. The entire user interface is basically 50% adverts, promos and annoyances, 40% lag, and 10% TV.

Even VM knows that the V6 is more valuable, because they wanted me to pay £90 for a V6 TiVo and the 360 was "free".
