I haven't done it yet, but it is possible that my fingers wont go where my brain tells them to 🙂 I'm getting the warning after the first attempt to enter the pin number incorrectly and it says I'll be locked out if I keep making mistakes.
So, in preparation and just in case, what (if anything) should I do if my arthritic fingers don't do as I bid?
In looking around the forum I can't anything that says I can remove the need for a pin.
Oh, I don't have the TV Go app nor a phone to use it.

Hi newappollo
Yes you got me right. No phone and yes it's TV360
The best answer is for me to be careful:-) You've no idea how often I miss buttons:-)
The memorable word - is that the one VM asks for 2 letters when we call?
If so, I'm ok with that.
Thanks

Hi @EddyFiss
I've moved your post from the TV on the Go forum since you say you don't have the TVGO app or a phone to use it.
Your thread title suggests that you have a TV360 box. The default pin on the TV360 box is 1234.
If that doesn't work you can reset your PIN using the instructions below (you will need your VM account password, .that's the memorable word you need when phoning VM)
Press Home on the remote
Select Settings (the “gear” symbol)
Select Parental Controls
Select Forgot your PIN?
Then follow the on-screen instructions

Hi again @EddyFiss
Yes, that's the one, but it's three characters, not two

That's great! All I have to do is behave myself and get it right. I can relax now.
Thanks very much for your help on this one
