TNT sports ultimate sound and vision issues

There's two issues on this channel.

First, when the programme starts or comes back from the adverts the sound cuts out and sometimes the picture freezes too.

Second, during the broadcast, on some of the cameras there's a line down the middle of the screen.

Both of these feel like TNT issues but just wanted to see if others had experienced this and what the opinions are. The hd TNT channels are fine.

Hi @Bigfootdb

For the past couple of weeks I've noticed that the sound on TNT Sports Ultimate cuts out for a second or two when it goes to adverts and also when it returns from the adverts.

I haven't had any problems with the picture freezing or any lines down the middle of the screen though.

The lines on the screen has happened before - it was a TNT issue I think.

Used to be a thin blank line acrross the middle (left/right) which turned out to be BT as it was on Sky too.

Hi Bigfootdb,

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about the issue you're having on that channel.

To confirm, is this still ongoing?
