I can watch TNT sports fine on main box. Second box I cannot watch live TNT yet I am able to watch catch up TNT and all other channels . Error code states it's setting up channels 100:70. Help line no use 3 hr phone calls and still not resolved. Any help greatly appreciated 👏

It does sound like the correct activation codes haven't been sent. You could try rebooting the box to see if that kick starts the download, if that doesn't work try swapping the boxes around to see if that makes any difference. You will probably need to call Virgin again and if you have been speaking to the off-shore team try selecting the "leaving option" and possibly they might be able to help, or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
