A few times in last couple of days I've encountered a lack of response in the user interface navigating around the home screen or in menus. Sometimes taking 5 to 10 seconds for things to load. This morning I had a blank screen with spinning wheel after deleting a recording. Stayed like this for about 40 seconds when I got fed up of waiting and pressed return key.
The longer I've had the 360 software the more problems come out of the woodwork. Only upgraded for Sky Sports + and to be honest it isn't worth all this hassle.
Have an engineer coming next week. If they don't resolve the issues I'm ditching VM for Sky. Sick of this given how much I'm paying every month.
