Scrambled picture on certain recordings

New 360 box ( checked all connectors are tight) but recordings for stv are scrambled and aren’t even of the show I was recording! I hate the remote with it too and the clunky steps you now have to take to access recordings, info etc instead of 1 button is there a way of reverting or being able to use the old style remote control?

Are you saying that your TV360 has recorded STV, but the broadcaster has changed their schedule or otherwise shown a different programme? That's an STV issue if so.

It sounds like you used to have a V6 (running TiVo-software) and have voluntarily converted it to a TV360 (running Horizon-software)

That is not a conversion that can be reversed.
