Having exactly the same issue. Difficult to find a suitable place on the Virgin Media website to communicate this problem to them.

This has been moved from another thread from a poster that it turns out has a TiVO V6 box and not a V360.
TiVO V6 does not have (& will never have) the full Sky Sports + Red Button service. It only has facilities for up to 6 SD streams at the moment. HD streams & possibly more capacity is in the pipeline.
