Trying to watch the Cardiff Millwall match on red button and selecting info, only offering 5 matches tonight. None of them being Cardiff/Millwall? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @LaylaNK

You've posted in the 360 forum, and say you can't see the link for the Cardiff v Millwall match on red button.

With you saying that you've pressed the red button and info button, it would suggest that you have either a tivo or V6 box and not the 360 box.   On the 360 box you only need to press the red button and thes creen opens showing all the additional streams

Only the 360 and Stream boxes show the full complement of games streamed via the red button.

VM and Sky are working on adapting the red button app for the V6 so that the additional red button streams will become available on that device at some point in the future. The full complement will never become available on the older tivo box.

There's a pinned post in the V6 forum <here>  and also in the tivo forum <here>  which shows which additional games that will be available on those two boxes up to 8th October.

Tonights listed games were:-

Burnley v Plymouth,  Coventry v Blackburn, Sunderland v Derby and WBA v Middlesbrough

Tomorrow (2nd October) the additional games on the tivo/V6 will be:-

Sheff Utd v Swansea, Stoke v Portsmouth, Preston v Watford and Bristol City v Sheffield Wednesday.

If you have a tivo or V6 and want to watch any additional games not shown on the red button then you need to watch them on the Sky Sports app on either an android or ios mobile or tablet.

EDIT - IF you do have either a tivo or V6 box then you can migrate to the 360 platform so you gain full access to the Sky Sports + additional streams by either calling 150 from a Virgin Media phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. Or, if you have the V6 and don't want to switch to the 360 platform, you can wait until some point in the future for the red button app to be updated.

I have it available. Have you scrolled right across? They don't all show on one screen.

If I go to channel 508 and press the red button and scroll along to the right I can watch the Cardiff v Millwall match.

When I select info, box pops up with the 5 games on offer and a help button. The help button goes nowhere? No more options by selecting up or down?

Just getting a pop up box from red button/info which offers 5 matches? Think I’ll give up!

If you press the red button on any Sky sports channel you'll get the sky sports+ screen after a short while. Then press the right navigation button a couple of times and you should see the cardiff millwall game.

If you press the red button at the bottom of the remote you should see a screen with Live EFL Championship on Sky Sports+, you can scroll to the right.

Below that you should see Live EFL League One on Sky Sports+.

That makes perfect sense thank you.

Do you know if migrating to the 360 platform is classed as a change in your contract or has any additional charge?

It shouldn't be classed as an account change, but be aware that TV360 has substantial differences compared with TiVo/V6.
