I’ve just had a replacement 360 box, due to lost recordings on my previous box, and now many of the recorded programs say subscribe, so I can’t watch all these programs. I’ve read that it’s an error in the way the virgin engineer swapped the old box out, so I need a revisit to correct this error.

Hey happychappy2, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.
If you've had a new box any previous recordings will not work, they do not transfer over.
Have you tried downloading a new program to see if this works or not?
