OK button on Remote Control not working for some situations

If I haven’t changed channels for a prolonged time, I get the message on the TV asking me to press OK to continue, but with the new control sent to me by Virgin last week, this button doesn’t work. I...

    If you press the Home button and then the OK button does the highlighted option move down the page, if it doesn't then you might just have a faulty remote.

    You could try rebooting the box by switching the power off and on again, if that doesn't work try repairing the remote by pressing and hold the TV and 0 buttons for 10 seconds.

    If everything else doesn't work I usually find factory resetting the box using the keep recordings option cures the problem.
