OK button does nothing when selecting recording

when I try to select to either watch or delete a show on which there are multiple recordings of (as above), pressing the OK button does nothing. 

The OK button works fine in all other scenarios, including where there’s just one episode recorded of a show (like below)

 I have a lot recorded so would rather no reset the box if possible

Hi Danielsim 

You don't have to delete your recordings when factory resetting the box

To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset. It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options

Keep Recordings
Format Disk

Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up. You will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again. Also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

Just to add to newapollo's advice those instructions are for the 360 box and looking at the pictures you do have a 360 box not a V6.

Hardware is the same just different software. The keep recordings option does work.
