No EPG after rewind or pause

Hi! Just upgraded to Virgin TV 360 and enjoying it so far. The only problem I have is whenever I pause live TV or even just skip back 10 seconds the EPG disappears and I don't know how to get it back...

    Hi Rebecca,

    You can either press the Guide button, which is located towards the top left of the navigational button (screenshot below depicting the buttons and uses)  or you can hold the Voice button and say either EPG or Program Guide.

    Thank you for the reply, it's appreciated. I will use that as a workaround, it's just that it makes the live picture really small. I'm just so used to pressing OK to get the EPG up and browse it at the bottom of the screen. 😞
