Hi I've just received virgin 360 control today and having issues, Netflix should be part of my package and previously was available via a channel, now I'm being asked to login and either create an account with netflix or request an add on package, have tried contacting telephone support but not able to obtain any support, any advice welcome, thank you

The channel that was on your previous box just opened up the Netflix app.
Even if it is included in your package you need a separate Netflix log in to view, so to continue watching on your 360 you just have to log in with your existing Netflix credentials .
